Current Work

Our work looks different for every client.

It usually begins with a website. Sometimes that’s enough. More often it grows into a partnership where we work alongside organizations as their needs evolve, helping them make good use of the technology they already have, investigate new technologies, build what they need next, and create digital systems they can actually manage.

CR Success Learning, LLC

Scaling decades of literacy expertise for today’s teachers

CR Success Learning (CRSL) has spent decades developing structured literacy curriculum and resources based on the Science of Reading. Much of the company’s value lives in the deep instructional expertise of its owner and in a substantial body of proven curriculum and intellectual property.

Our partnership has focused on mining that expertise, helping bring it to the surface, organize it, and find new ways to put it to work.

It started with an e-commerce website redesign, but has continued to evolve into a full structured literacy platform where teachers can access curriculum, resources, and training online. Established programs are being adapted for digital delivery, teacher knowledge is becoming accessible through new training resources, and CRSL’s extensive instructional content is being connected in ways that weren’t possible when the materials existed primarily as individual print products.

At the same time, we’re helping CRSL look forward: identifying opportunities for new products and business lines, developing new ways to serve teachers and schools, and building the technical infrastructure to support them.

The result is a system that can reach and serve far beyond where CRSL could when the partnership began, while holding onto the instructional knowledge that makes the company distinctive.

That growth remains grounded in the values we share with CRSL: building confident readers through structured literacy, engaging students in the learning, and serving the teachers who make it possible.

CRSL brings the expertise. We help uncover what’s possible with it, then build the systems that allow it to scale.

For a working artist, an online store has to do more than display beautiful work and demonstrate a presence to viewers. It has to keep up with an inventory that is constantly changing.

Cyndi Schick’s website brings together more than 500 pieces of art, including original paintings and prints, in an e-commerce system designed around the way her art is actually sold. Original works may be available directly from the artist or displayed in physical galleries, while prints are connected to an outside fulfillment partner for production and drop shipping.

The site was structured to make it easy to move artwork into and out of galleries, update availability, add new work, and manage a large collection without rebuilding pages or relying on outside technical support. Just as important, Cyndi can maintain the site herself. How-to documentation and demonstration videos give her practical guidance for the updates she’ll make as part of running her business.

The website also supports an ongoing connection with collectors through a newsletter, providing a direct way to share new work, exhibitions, and other updates.

The result is a working digital storefront that connects online sales, print fulfillment, physical galleries, and a changing body of work — while leaving the artist in control of managing it.
